This past weekend, our fraternity had the pleasure of hosting two friends and family weekend events. We kicked off the festivities with a delicious pancake breakfast, where many of our members volunteered to help out. A big thank you goes to Julian and the kitchen team for their hard work in preparing all the food. The warm pancakes and friendly atmosphere made it a perfect way for parents to connect with their sons and get a taste of fraternity life.
After the breakfast, the energy continued at our tailgate, where we fired up the grill and served up some burgers. It was a fun celebration and great preface to the Mines vs Western football game. A huge thank you to brother Owen Van Hoecke for spearheading the tailgate preparations and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Overall, Parents’ Weekend was a fantastic opportunity for our fraternity to strengthen bonds with our families. We look forward to more events like this in the future and can’t wait to welcome more families back to campus. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this weekend memorable!
