This weekend, our full executive board team as well as two of our rising leaders attended the Carlson Leadership Academy in Dallas, Texas. The weekend was full of opportunities to understand the importance of our individual positions, as well as important lessons in leadership. Taking on the advice of many successful alumni, we hope to put into practice clarity of vision, courage in the face of difficulty, and the desire to grow together as brothers, making all of us better men.
Spending this weekend with brothers from other chapters across the nation, we traded information about the different challenges we face as chapter leaders, such as improving chapter attendance and creating a positive campus image that shows what being a member of SigEp is all about. We will return more equipped to handle our personal and fraternal challenges, becoming better leaders in our chapter and school communities.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to attend this year’s Carlson Leadership Academy, and we would like to thank all SigEp employees and volunteers for their hard work this weekend.
