This semester’s career fair was a success, showcasing the fraternity’s commitment to supporting our brothers.

Brother Cooper Hallam represented Steel Dynamics, engaging with interested students with insights into the steel industry and the career opportunities it offers. Steel Dynamics gave a number of brothers, as well as other students, invitations to dinner in order to continue building their relationships with those chosen candidates.

Colton and Weston Wall organized a resume review session, allowing participants to receive constructive feedback on their resumes from older members. This event proved to be a major help, as many members took advantage of the chance to enhance their resumes, ensuring they stood out to potential employers.

VP Learning Community Benoit contributed significantly by ordering high-quality resume paper and coordinating the logistics of the resume review. His dedication to helping our members grow as professionals was felt throughout the chapter, as members were confident and prepared when attending the fair and speaking to company representatives.

This support turned out to be invaluable, as many brothers were able to obtain interviews from the career fair.
