The Treasurer is responsible for all financial aspects of the Alumni Volunteer Corporation. They also advise and assist the undergraduate Vice President of Finance on the chapter's financial operations.

Chapter Counselor

The Chapter Counselor is responsible for coordinating volunteer support to mentor members of the undergraduate chapter.  They provide the continuity necessary to ensure long-term chapter success.  As an appointee of the District Governor, the Chapter Counselor is also charged with upholding the Fraternity’s Grand Chapter Bylaws and Administrative Policies & Procedures.

The Vice President of Housing is responsible for managing the chapter facility. By collaborating with other volunteers, professional property managers and undergraduate officers, the Vice President of Housing ensures that the facility is competitive with on-campus housing and provides an environment conducive to a positive SigEp experience.

The Vice President of Alumni Relations is responsible for all alumni, volunteer and donor cultivation efforts.  This includes providing alumni with a continued connection to Sigma Phi Epsilon by developing and promoting volunteer and networking opportunities, and managing consistent alumni-focused communications.   Additionally, the vice president of relations engages parents, university faculty and staff, and community leaders to support the chapter.

The Faculty Fellow is a member of the university faculty who serves as a mentor and advisor to brothers in the chapter. The connection between undergraduate students and faculty is a critical part of the collegiate learning experience. Time spent with faculty outside of the traditional classroom makes a significant difference in the lives of college students.
