- Where are the events happening? All events are on or near the Mines Campus. Please refer to the event schedule for specific locations of each event.
- What is the attire for the Banquet? Dress is formal for the banquet, jacket and tie encouraged, but not required.
- Where should I park? Parking information has been added to the event schedule.
- How much do the events cost?
- Celebration of SigEp is free
- Tailgate is free
- Football game tickets are $20 each ($10 Seniors 65+)
- 100th Anniversary Banquet is $75 per adult
- AVC is covering 80% of the cost for Undergrads, if you’d like to help us reach our goal of covering 100% you can donate specifically to cover their cost when your RSVP
- Kids under 10 are free
- Is this really Family Friendly? Yes! Our aim is to make this an event that the whole family will enjoy. At the Celebration of SigEp event: kids will enjoy decorating STEM boxes for children in Foster Care, and lawn games. Blaster the burro will also be in attendance!
- Can I make a donation? Yes of course, you can donate to several different specific options including scholarships, Undergraduate bother leadership development, Chapter Facility, and others.
- What if I cant make it to one or more events? That’s perfectly okay, we’d love for you to attend as many events as you are able! Please just let us know what you can attend so that we can plan accordingly.
- What is the Philanthropy Event? We are partnering with Foster Love to help supply STEM boxes to kids in foster care. At the event we will be assembling and decorating the boxes before delivering them to foster care partners in the Denver area. If you would like to contribute to this cause specifically, please reach out to Cameron Afkhami, AVC VP to coordinate. Cameron.Afkhami@gmail.com
- What swag options are there? We will have a custom T Shirt made honoring our 100th anniversary.
